Mr. Wang Shugui (born in 1975, CPC member, with a master’s degree from Tsinghua University) previously worked as General Manager of Beijing Qiaobo Ice & Snow World Co., Ltd., General Manager of Jiangsu TusPark Development Co., Ltd. and other positions. From April 2015 to October 2020, he was Chairman of Tus-Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.; from October 2015 to September 2018, he was Director, Vice Chairman, Member of the Strategy Committee and Member of the Nomination Committee of the Company’s Eighth Board of Directors, as well as Director, Vice Chairman, Member of the Strategy Committee and Member of the Nomination Committee of the Company’s Ninth Board of Directors. From July 2012 to present, he has successively served as Senior Vice President, Vice President, Executive Vice President and CEO of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd.; from February 2015 to present, he has successively served as General Manager, Chairman & General Manager and Chairman of Tus Science and Technology Service Co., Ltd.; from August 2020 to present, he has served as Chairman of Tus Science and Technology Service (Henan) Co., Ltd.
