TUS-EST AIMS TO BE THE CONSTRUCTOR OF
GLOBAL ZERO CARBON AND ZERO WASTE CITY BUILDER
Tus Environmental (000826) published its non-public offering plan on December 8, 2020. Tus Holdings, its indirect controlling shareholder, intends to subscribe not more than 332,889,480 shares of Tus Environmental in this offering not exceeding 30% of the total share capital. The final number of shares issued is subject to approval by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
